Developed set of key questions and interviewed Maximizer customers and wrote a range of case studies and blogs with focus on customer's ambitions, growth, activities and successes and how Maximizer CRM supported their achievements.
Undertook data analysis from customer reviews and sales opportunities to gain insights on CRM use. Wrote content for SME Benchmark Report on measuring the value and success of CRM including the generation of statistical charts, diagrams and infographics and observations on changing trends.
Best Practice eBook
Developed a 5 step process and detailed guide to help organisations evaluate, compare and the find the best fit CRM for their business. Wrote all content in preparation of developing as an interactive workbook.
